An example Tony Robbins gives is that one time at a retreat while he and others were trying to talk a train would come by their facility a few times a day. People would be annoyed with the sound of the train especially its horn. Tony's solution was that every time the train came by the group would force a hard laugh, which became a real laugh at their silliness. Eventually people were looking forward to the train coming by.
